HLB to fund working capital with $300M bonds

Hong Leong Bank Bhd plans to issue up to $300 million worth of bonds to fund working capital and for general banking purposes.

 

Barclays Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered Bank are joint lead managers and bookrunners for the bonds, while CIMB Investment Bank Bhd and Hong Leong Investment Bank Bhd are co-managers.
