ZA Bank’s Global Transfer service helps save HK$4m in transfer fees

Over 90% of the international money transfers are completed within a day’s time.

ZA Bank’s Global Transfer service has helped Hong Kong users save millions of dollars in handling fees over the past year.

From 23 November 2022 to 13 December 2023, based on the same number and amount of transactions, ZA Bank reportedly helped save about HK$4m in total for users who have used the global transfer service. This is in comparison with handling fees for global transfers via digital channels offered by 12 major retail banks in Hong Kong during the same period.

Over 90% of international money transfers are completed within a day’s time under ZA Bank’s Global Transfer service.

Currently, ZA Bank users can send money abroad from HKD to 16 currencies.
