Outseer holds roundtable to stop fraud right at the doorsteps

The roundtable will discuss various measures to counter cyberthreats and fraud risks.

Financial institutions and fintechs continue to suffer from cyberthreats with more than 40 billion records exposed in just last year alone, with no sign of abating in 2022.

In partnership with Asian Banking & Finance, digital payments and authentication solutions provider Outseer is holding a series of roundtable discussions titled “Accelerating Growth in Digital Finance Series” to identify strategies on stopping cyberthreats just before they put their foot through the door.

With the success of the first virtual roundtable which gathered industry pioneers from Ant Bank, CIMB, DBS, HSBC, OCBC and Standard Chartered Bank etc, we are delighted to introduce the second roundtable in the series titled “Secure and Frictionless Fintech Journey”.  In this session expert from Outseer will discuss the importance of stopping fraud before it occurs, balancing customer experience and security by leveraging data analytics and listing out the best practices to protect customers against phishing and malware.

Leading the roundtable discussion is Outseer’s Lead of Payments Security in Asia Pacific and Japan, Ramesh Nagarajan.

Outseer, an RSA Company, is the leader in payment authentication and account monitoring solutions.  Their products and solutions have been built on decades of science-driven innovation and domain expertise, with their identity-based science delivering the highest fraud detection rates with the lowest customer intervention in the industry.  It  has successfully protected over $195b payment transaction volume in just this year alone.
